Return Policy
We do not accept returns on ANY of the PERSONLAIZED items on this website. If you order a mailbox and request your house number , last name or business be added to it you may not return it. BE sure to check your receipt for spelling and / or any errors. YOU must report any errors immediately so we can make the necessary corrections PRIOR to shipping your mailbox to you
If for some reason you want to return a mailbox that was not personalized , please contact us so we know you will be shipping it back. Return shipping is the customers responsibility . You will be charged a restocking fee of $15 for all returns
If you wish to exchange a returned mailbox for a different mailbox , shipping the replacement item is the customers responsibility in addition to paying for the return shipping. Fed Ex and UPS do NOT deliver or returns items for FREE ... neither do we.
It is the customers responsibility to check their receipt for any errors
Cancellations
If you decide to change your mind, call me about a refund. If I haven't started your order I can issue a refund minus the processing charge
Damaged Items
You MUST report any damage to your order upon receipt. We will contact the delivery agent (Fed Ex ) and make arrangements to have the damaged item picked up and returned to us so we can file a claim. . Fed Ex has changed their policy on "damaged" items. If there is no visible damage to the shipping container, they will not honor any claim.
We will make a new mailbox at no additional cost to you . Any order that was damaged during delivery is moved to the top of our order board so we can get it out to you right away or as soon as we possibly can.
